REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Size exchanges are only available for items from our Essentials collection, subject to availability and prior approval. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Please wait for confirmation before returning anything.

FINAL SALE
All items outside of the Essentials collection, including personalized, made-to-order, one-of-one, discounted items, objects, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Approved Essentials exchanges must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Return and replacement shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or an error was made on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

ARTISTIC PROCESS
Many CMPLX pieces feature hand-finishing, artist intervention, upcycling, or intentionally raw details. Slight variations in colour, placement, texture, distressing, or finish are part of the creative process and make each piece unique. These intentional variations are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution!
