Shipping policy

PROCESSING
Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. Shipping to other countries isn't available yet.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
Free standard shipping in Quebec on orders of $150+.

STANDARD & EXPRESS
Standard and Express options are available within Canada. Express is a faster delivery service; processing time stays the same (24–48 hours).

UNITED STATES
Standard shipping only, for orders up to 2 kg. For anything heavier, contact us before ordering.

LOCAL PICKUP
Free pickup is available at the UPS Store on Nuns' Island (Verdun, Montreal). Select it at checkout and wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email before going. Bring the email and a valid photo ID. Orders must be collected within five business days.

LARGE & HEAVY PIECES
Furniture and pieces over 5 kg are available for pickup or local delivery in the Greater Montreal area only. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the rate and your location.

ADDRESS
CMPLX is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.

AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first using your tracking information.
