Shipping policy

PROCESSING
Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

SHIPPING
Each order is shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

ADDRESS 
CMPLX is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first using your tracking information.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available in Montreal, Quebec area. If available for your order, the option will appear at checkout. Once your order is placed, please contact us through our Contact page for pickup details.
