To maintain hand-painted and hand-embroidered pieces, we suggest spot cleaning with a gentle cleaner. For a full wash, use cold water and mild detergent (hand wash or gentle machine cycle with minimum spin cycle) with the item turned inside out. Avoid using a dryer; instead, hang to dry to preserve the fabric's integrity. If your piece has removable charms or chains, take them off to prolong its lifespan.
Remember: DO NOT use fabric softener, as it might damage the material.
When it comes to leather, always take your item to a professional dry cleaner.
** Please keep in mind that paint might subtly fade over time, particularly with repeated washings.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped - Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Your order will be shipped with the carrier best suited to deliver the items to your location. If applicable, the tracking number will be provided to you. Once the tracking number has been provided, we are no longer responsible for your item, please contact your carrier with any issues with delivery times.
SHIPPING
Please confirm your address so that your package goes to the right place because we are not responsible if your package gets lost or goes to the wrong address.
Complex Paradox is not responsible for unclaimed packages and the cost of returning the goods. The costs related to the reshipment of an order must be assumed by the customer.
